The City of Leander will hold a runoff election on Saturday, June 16 to elect a successor to the expiring city council term of office currently held by the mayor.

Please note: Registered Travis County voters residing in the City of Leander will only be permitted to vote at Williamson County voting locations.
The City Secretary serves as the administrator for all City of Leander elections. The City Secretary's office is located at 105 N Brushy Street, Leander, Texas 78641.

Registered voters are required to present one of the following approved forms of photo ID (see note) when voting in person:
- Texas driver's license issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS)
- Texas Election Identification Certificate issued by DPS
- Texas personal identification card issued by DPS
- Texas license to carry a handgun issued by DPS
- United States military identification card containing the person's photograph
- United States citizenship certificate containing the person's photograph
- United States passport
With the exception of the U.S. citizenship certificate, the identification must be current or have expired no more than 4 years before being presented for voter qualification at the polling place.
Note: For voters who do not possess an acceptable form of photo identification and cannot obtain one of the forms of acceptable photo identification listed above due to a reasonable impediment, read more on the Votetexas.gov - Voter ID page.
