The City of Leander, Texas is represented by and will rely on its municipal advisor RBC Capital Markets, LLC to provide advice on proposals from financial services firms concerning the issuance of municipal securities and municipal financial products. The individual(s) with primary responsibility for advising the City of Leander, Texas on such matters is Chris W. Allen. This certificate may be relied upon until withdrawn by us.
