The Judgment and sentence for the offense you are charged with, is a payment of a fine and state fees. If ordered to pay fine and fees, and you are unable to pay the full amount assessed by the due date ordered, notify the court immediately. If it is determined by a hearing before the court, you have insufficient resources or income to pay any part of the amount assessed, the court is required to provide you alternative ways to discharge those fine and fees.
