Rentals

For rentals involving amplified music, 100+ guests, alcohol sales or the use of inflatables, you must complete a special event permit application.
Rental fees and deposits must be paid in full at the time of your reservation, and all checks will be cashed. Upon inspection following your rental use, the amount of deposit refunds will be based on the good order and cleanliness of our facility. Deposits paid by credit card will be refunded back onto the card used. Deposits paid by cash or check a check will be refunded by mail to the household address who made the reservation.
Lakewood Park
Lakewood Park is Leander's newest 125 acre park filled with several tables, pavilions, and areas for rent. This park holds amenities such as playground, accessible swings, splash park, kayak launch, lakeside pavilions, dog park, basketball and volleyball courts, and skate park.

Robin Bledsoe Park Amphitheater
The amphitheater at Robin Bledsoe Park is perfect for live music performances, dance recitals, outdoor theater productions, graduations, and award ceremonies.

- Residents: $100 for two hours plus $25 for each additional hour
- Non-Residents: $150 for two hours plus $50 for each additional hour

Benbrook Ranch Park Disc Golf Course
Benbrook Ranch Park Disc Golf Course is an 18-hole course available to rent, and it is uniquely suited for disc golf tournaments. Restrooms are located near the parking area.

Pavilions, the Bledsoe Amphitheater, the Mason Homestead and Athletic Fields can all be requested through our online catalog.
- How far out can I rent an athletic field?

Athletic fields can be rented 14 days in advance including the day of the reservation. Example: If today is March 13th and you are able to rent through March 26th.
- How do I know if I need a Special Event Permit?

- Will you be using inflatables?
- Will you be having amplified sound? (Band or DJ)
- Will you be selling Alcohol?
- Will you be needing electricity? (more that 2 small outlets at pavilion)
If you do need a special event permit:
- Fill out the Special Event Permit Form (PDF) and submit to the Leander Parks and Recreation Department. For more information on Special Events in the Park, reference the Policy and Procedures guide (PDF).
- Can I have inflatable at my rental?

Yes! You can find which parks allow inflatables in the Special Events in the Park Policy and Procedures document (PDF). Supplemental permits for inflatables can be found in the Special Event in the Park Permit Application (PDF).
- Can we use a slip and slide or dunk-tank at the park?

No. Water is not available at the parks for this type of use.
