Pavilion Rentals

Leander Parks and Recreation has a variety of facilities available for exclusive use by rental. To check availability or make a reservation visit online catalog. If you have questions regarding the rental process and policies call The Leander Parks and Recreation Department at 512-528-9909.

For rentals involving amplified music, more than 100 people, sale of alcohol, and/or the use of inflatables, you will be required to fill out a Special Event Permit Application.

Rental fee must be paid in full at the time of reservation.

Pavilions are rented in 4 hour increments.

  • Morning: 9 am to 1 pm
  • Mid-Day: 1:30 to 5:30 pm
  • Evening: 6 to 10 pm

Fees:

  • Residents: $75 Rental Fee (Must live within Leander city limits)
  • Non-Residents: $101.25 Rental Fee

Robin Bledsoe Park PavilionRobin Bledsoe Park Pavilion is equipped with 4 picnic tables, lights, water fountain, 1 electrical outlet (for minimal electricity usage i.e. boombox, crockpot), trash cans, small in ground grill, and easy access to restrooms and playscape.
