New Service
Individuals wanting to establish new residential or commercial utility service in Leander must submit a completed City of Leander Utilities application and deposit in person, online or by fax.

Change Requests
All requested changes to a City of Leander Utilities customer account must be made in writing using the City of Leander Utilities change request form.

Disconnect Service
To disconnect utilities, download the City of Leander Utilities disconnect service form and submit the completed form along with a valid copy of your driver's license or form of ID to the City of Leander Utilities office in person or by email.
