Capital Improvement Program
The city's Capital Improvement Program (CIP) was developed to identify the capital needs of our community. This program is an annual comprehensive planning effort designed to prioritize and coordinate the development of capital projects to meet Leander's public infrastructure needs today and in the future.

The city prepares a CIP budget as well as an annual operating budget for adoption by the city council at the beginning of each fiscal year in October.
