Water main break in Old Town

08/22/2023, 2:45 p.m. - Public Works crews have repaired the roadway and opened the intersection of S. West and W. South streets.

08/21/2023, 4:50 p.m. - Water has been restored but the intersection will remain closed until Tuesday morning at least. Please do not drive around barricades, and follow the detour signs if you must drive in the area. We appreciate your patience. 

08/21/2023, 1:30 p.m. - City of Leander public works crews are on site of a water main break at the intersection of S. West and W. South streets in Old Town. Water in the area is off until further notice and the intersection is closed. Please avoid the area or find alternate routes.
